Frequently Asked Questions
1. What are your qualifications:
I hold a Bachelor of Naturopathy from Torrens University. I am a member of, and hold insurance with, the Naturopaths and Herbalists Association of Australia (NHAA), member number: 158061. I am currently undertaking my Master's in Advanced Naturopathic Medicine from Southern Cross University.
2. Where are you located:
I am located in Bendigo, Central Victoria. I operate a telehealth model via Zoom so you can book a consultation from anywhere in Australia.
3. Can I book from outside of Australia:
Yes and no. You could book a consultation for lifestyle changes however I cannot prescribe herbal or nutritional medicines to outside of Australia. I work with Australian currency only and with Australian Eastern Standard Time. Please note that anyone anywhere can call themselves a 'naturopath' - in most places in the world it is not a protected title. I recommend that you look up the World Naturopathic Federation and find a local association who will be able to put you in touch with a qualified practitioner.
4. Can I get a concession price:
Yes, if you are an Australian health care card holder, I offer heavily discounted consultation fees. Please see my Services & Bookings page for more information.
